★ Sign Contract: If suitable, we will finalize terms and promptly sign a purchase agreement.
★ Title Search: A title company or attorney will verify that you are the legal owner of the property for a secure transaction.
★ Payment: Upon clearance, we will transfer the funds to the escrow account of the title company.
★ Closing: After all necessary steps are completed, the title company will conclude the transaction by transferring the title to us and sending the funds to you.

At Eagle Land USA, we want to make it clear that our company does not participate in the acquisition of land for foreign nations, unscrupulous billionaires, or corporate entities. While we cannot speak on behalf of other land investors, our company is not involved in such activities. We are committed to conducting our business with integrity and transparency.

We will close as soon as the paperwork is completed, typically within 14 to 30 days. We always use a title company or attorney to coordinate the transaction. We are fully prepared to close as soon as the transaction paperwork is ready.
